​Please note: Payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) is required to complete the registration to process. A 2.5% merchant fee charged by Stripe will be added to your final amount. A tax invoice will be sent with the confirmation email.

During registration you may purchase tickets to the Conference (In-Person or Online) and Trainee Day, Clinical Directors Meeting, Social Events, and POCUS Workshop (In-Person Only).

Limited accommodation at the Millennium Hotel (if available) may be booked when registering, or book using one of the preferred hotel forms - click here. We advise you to book your accommodation early as it is peak tourist season.


If you would like to receive the early registration discount on your conference fee, please use ERD26 when requested. This discount is available until the 29 January 2026.

General Information
Acknowledgement
All registrations received are assumed to be confirmed and those received prior to  21 February 2026 will be acknowledged in writing. Registrations received after this date will be processed on the day you arrive at the Conference. If you have not received confirmation of your registration within two weeks of posting your registration form, please contact Total Management Solutions via email [email protected]​. Online registrations will be acknowledged with an automated email response and a link to your tax invoice.

Alterations
Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations must be in writing via:

At the Conference

Your name badge will be available for collection from the Registration Desk. The registration desk will be open from:
     8.30am to 4.30pm Wednesday 4 March 2026
     7.30am to 5.00pm Thursday 5 March 2026
     7.30am to 1.30pm Friday 6 March 2026

Onsite Registration
If you have not registered by 21 February 2026  you can register on-site. The Registration Desk will be open from 8.30am on Wednesday 4 March 2026. Late registrations are not guaranteed any inclusive social function tickets.​

​Payment
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (inclusive of GST). Registration is assumed to be confirmed when received and are subject to the cancellation policy below.

Credit card payment is compulsory for online registration as you will receive a tax invoice with your registration confirmation.  All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars. 

         Credit Cards:
          Mastercard and Visa are accepted. Credit Card payments will appear as Total Management Solutions Ltd on your statement. A 2.5% merchant fee, charged
by Stripe,
will be added to the cost of your registration.

Standard Cancellation Policy For In-Person And Virtual Conference
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Manager. Cancellations made by 25 January 2026 will be refunded, less $125.00 to cover administration costs. After this date, no refunds will be made.  If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

Converting Your Registration: Virtual To In-Person; In-Person To Virtual​
At any time, should you wish to convert your in-person conference registration to the virtual conference, or vice-versa, you may do so by contacting Lynda Booth, [email protected] or +64 21 779 233. The policy includes:

Virtual To In-Person​
  • Requests received prior to 25 January 2026 are confirmed with the price difference between virtual & in-person is payable prior to the start of the conference.
  • Requests received after 25 January 2026 are not confirmed until the organiser and venue can ensure a ticket is available. If confirmed, the price difference between virtual & in-person is payable prior to the start of the conference.
In-Person To Virtual​
  • Requests received prior to the 25 January 2026 are confirmed with the price difference between virtual & in-person refunded after the conference.
  • Requests received after 25 January 2026 are confirmed, however no refund of the difference between in-person and virtual will be paid.

ACCOMMODATION T&C's for Millennium Hotel
  • Cancellation from the time of booking to 31 days before the Arrival Date - Any Room Night Cancelled or amended MAY incur a cancellation fee. You will be notified if there is one and what this would be.
    Cancellations within thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date – Any Room Night Cancelled or are a ‘No-Show’ will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total number of room nights cancelled at the accommodation rate quoted and confirmed for the relevant room type cancelled.
