Accommodation via Registration

You may book the following accommodation via the conference registration process. Either a one night deposit OR full payment deposit will be charged when booking. This deposit will be passed onto the hotel. Balance of payment, where required, can be made directly to the hotel. 

Please ensure you read the T&C's including cancellation policy when booking.

The general terms are:

• Cancellation from the time of booking to 31 days before the Arrival Date - Any Room Night Cancelled or amended MAY incur a cancellation fee. You will be notified if there is one and what this would be.
• Cancellations within thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date – Any Room Night Cancelled or are a ‘No-Show’ will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total number of room nights cancelled at the accommodation rate quoted and confirmed for the relevant room type cancelled.
