Dr Juliet Elvy is a consultant clinical microbiologist based at Southern Community Laboratories, Dunedin. She trained in the UK and has been practicing in NZ since 2012, previously at Medlab Nelson and Wellington SCL. She also holds a role with the ESR, is deputy chair of the New Zealand Microbiology Network (NZMN) and chair of both the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia Microbiology Quality Assurance Program (RCPAQAP) and the New Zealand National Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing Committee (NZNAC).
