Acknowledgement
All registrations received prior to Friday 30 January 2019 will be acknowledged in writing. Registrations received after 30 January 2019 will be processed on the day you arrive at the Conference. If you have not received confirmation of your registration within two weeks of posting your registration form, please contact Workz4U Conference Management via email greg@w4u.co.nz. Online registrations will be acknowledged with an automated email response and a tax invoice, which appears as an attachment. Alterations Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Manager. Cancellations made by 5 February 2019 will be refunded, less $125.00 to cover administration costs. After this date, no refunds will be made. All refunds will be processed after the meeting. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred. Payment All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (inclusive of GST). Registration cannot be confirmed until full payment is received. Credit card payment is not compulsory for online registration as you will receive a tax invoice with your registration confirmation. All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars. Cheque/Money Order/Bank Draft: Please make payable to “Workz4U Ltd – IMSANZ19”. All payments MUST BE IN NEW ZEALAND DOLLARS. Credit Cards: AMEX, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. Credit Card payments will appear as Workz4U Limited on your statement.
